"Great stuff! How can I follow you!" "Here's my site!"

What are your favorite artist / designer / thinker / etc websites by people who have no social media presence? I am soon launching a blog and am looking to highlight people who only promote their work through their own websites. I know this is a bit of a tall ask, but that's exactly why I want to highlight them.

Response by poster: Oh, and for the sake of argument, I do not count Youtube as social media. Or Flickr.

Basically trying to avoid Twitter, FB, and Instagram.

Can you clarify what kind of website would suffice? I know of many that are basically online portfolios, think “My Work / About / Content” as the nav bar. Their actual work is great but there’s not much content beyond project examples, definitely no blog posts. Would that work or are you looking for additional promotional content?

Turn of the Century woodturned crochet hooks, pens, knitting needles and hair sticks. Not only does Will not have social media, ordering from the website is kind of an ordeal. Totally worth it though.

In the “thinker” category, maybe the Knowledge Fight podcast? Those guys do go on other podcasts and YouTube channels, but afaik it seems they don’t promote Knowledge Fight on social media.

I went through my bookmarks of designer's websites I like, and this is the only one that doesn't have links to the platforms you mentioned
