Folk mash-up song?

It's a solo male artist with a guitar singing a mashup of folk songs. I think his last name is Black but I'm not sure. The song ends with "Well it's hard, but it's harder to ignore it. The answer my friends, is blowing in the wind, and rockabye sweet baby James."
That's all I've got, except maybe it was a live recording? I had a digital file of it at some point but can't find it.
