Oribe Dry Shampoo Nozzle Problems

This is kind of dumb, but you could save me $52!! Read on for sprayer problems!

I ordered Oribe dry shampoo, unfortunately from Amazon, unfortunately in early April. No returns at all possible from either company (I spoke to Oribe on the phone). I told them I was having a LOT of trouble pressing the sprayer and they sent me a video of how to do it and said I have to press hard to break the seal. I sent them a video of me pressing AS HARD as I could and nothing came out (additionally, there seems to be very little product in the can which I guess is normal or is neither here nor there?). Any ideas at all? The person on the phone told me to press harder with both thumbs. Thanks!

Can you go outside, turn it on its head against the cement, and lean into the butt with your full body weight? You wouldn't want to do this for long because it'll leak out all the propellant, but it may help to prime/get it going.

I assume it's not one of those twist lightly to open before pressing things, or else they would have told you to check that, surely?

Honestly, I’d call Amazon and speak to a representative and ask about a return even after the deadline. Doesn’t sound normal to me and beauty products via Amazon are notoriously shifty.
