Please help me find an Telegram AI Help Bot for repetitive questions

I admin a private Telegram group where the same questions get asked over and over. A perfect solution would be an AI Help chat bot that uses trusted posts as info sources to answer these repetitive questions. Does this exist?

I admin a private Telegram group that provides specific information for our members. However, the same questions get asked over and over by people who cannot / will not read pinned posts, or even back a few messages.
A perfect solution would be an AI Help chatbot that uses previous trusted posts as info sources to answer these repetitive questions.
I've scoured the web for anything like this and found nothing so far. I'd pay for this service.

Any ideas on a bot solution for this? Any other ideas to help?

Generative AI can't solve this problem. Generative AI is designed to create answers that sound plausible; it doesn't have any way to evaluate whether they are correct (though it can invent plausible-sounding responses to questions about whether it is correct!) You'd also have to give such a bot access to all of the traffic on your server, which might result in people's private conversation being used as seeds for new AI text in the future.

What about a FAQ bot? Something that you can message with an appropriate keyword and will reply with either a standard answer or a link to the appropriate post? This would be clunkier but far more reliable.

Response by poster: Thanks. Looks like an FAQ bot would need a developer. Checking some of the free lance sites for resources that could build this.
