Room design app from blueprint

I've got wierd room (entry way, livingroom, dining room combo). I've got a picture of the blueprint with measurements. I'd like to do some visualizations for home design and furniture placement in 3d rendering. What program app should I use?

Windows or android ok, cost is okay but this is going to be a one time use project thing so no subscriptions.

I tried to look this up on my own but between the ads, listicals and the shopping apps that lie about what they do, I was unsuccessful.

I tried ikea app with the take a picture of the room but the room isn't square and doesn't capture some of the size variation that this room ends up having.

Sweet Home 3D is free and pretty easy to use. It comes with a library of furniture and you can also import models.

I recently used FloorPlanner for something similar. The basic model is free to use. You can trace over an imported blueprint to create your floorplan to scale, and you can add features (doors, windows etc) as well as decoration and a pretty wide range of furniture if you so desire.

Basically the best bits of the Sims but for grownups.

The desktop version of Planner 5D has worked well for me. They have a small catalog of furniture and for sizes that weren't available, I just drew lines with the ruler option to create the area the furniture would occupy.

I really like Home Designer Suite ($129).

Floorplanner has been my go-to for years.
