Where to spend ~2h in Boston Logan Airport?

I’m travelling soon and will be arriving at Boston Logan Airport (terminal B) in the afternoon and will have about two hours before meeting a friend there (also arriving in terminal B). Where can I just hang out and chill with my laptop? Should I leave the terminal for another one? I also don’t want to leave the airport to go into the city as I have transportation lined up once my friend arrives.
(Ideally, I wouldn’t be in a restaurant because I don’t want to unmask in order to consume a beverage or something.)

In between two terminals (I forget which) there's a huge window with a bunch of rocking chairs set up looking out. I'm not sure about the outlet situation for your laptop, but that's where I'd head in your shoes!

You don't have a ton of options, but thankfully terminals B, C, and E are all connected after security so you can walk between them. Personally, I'd walk over to terminal C. There's a Starbucks and a handful of restaurants around gate C28, with a large seating area in the middle, and bathrooms right there on the main walkway.

I was coming to mention the rocking chairs. (I can't remember where they are either!) It'll be a bit of a hike regardless, but it's one of the few fairly quiet places I've found in any airport.

There is plenty of seating airside (i.e. the same seats you would be sitting in if you were waiting for a connecting flight). If you end up landside/outside of security for whatever reason, there are fewer seats but still some around all the baggage claims (you might have to hover).
There are a few clusters of rocking chairs but I think the one itsatextfile refers to is in the corridor between terminals B and C.
If it's nice out, there's a little pocket 9/11 memorial park.
According the the website there's a sensory room in terminal E that sounds nice!

Also, if you need sustenance you can use Bos2Go and order take out and then bring it over to your rocking chair!

This past summer I noticed in a newer part of terminal C there's a lovely little music nook with comfy chairs where they play Berklee performances on a big screen. It was delightful, I just can't remember exactly where in that terminal it was! Might be worth a walk to try to find it.

Response by poster: Thanks so much, everyone, I'll report back after my flight. Sounds like there are a few options available. Appreciate it!

If you want to walk outside, take the shuttle (#22 I think) to the subway and walk through the station, a bit of up and down but doable and there's a nice park right outside and the local library in walking distance.
