Help me find this music video

I believe the song/video is some 20 years old, artist/s is/are Spanish or Brazilian, it's visually odd, the music has a sort of chill beat to it, maybe electro-pop? The video was full of symbols, I think. There was a bit of nudity, at some point there was a swimming pool and possibly a guy on a minibike. At the beginning of the video someone launches an arrow from a gold bow or similar, they might've used their feet to draw the mechanism. Damn, I wish I could grasp more from memory.

Best answer: Was it El Guincho Bombay? It hits a lot of those points, and was on MeFi back in the day (where I saw it).

it's the kind of video I can imagine myself getting involved with, some friends, person with a camera "okay Take 6, run toward the pool and raise that rifle like you really mean it"
