Inexpensive product to remove scratches from acrylic crystal watches?

I’m looking for an inexpensive product to remove scratches from my acrylic crystal watches. I’m familiar with Polywatch and think it works great, but I’m looking for a more economical solution.
I just want to add that I wish I were one of those ‘accept the scratches, bro!’ sort of people, I really do, but I’m fucking anal and like to keep my stuff in good shape—including the crystals on my cheap-ass Casio digital watches (which I love).
I live in Canada where for the price of just two or three tubes of Polywatch you can buy a brand new Casio watch.

Toothpaste has also been known to work for this kind of thing.

Yeah, I clean my jewelry with toothpaste and a very soft brush. It gets the gunk out from behind tiny flush-set stones beautifully and is very low-abrasion. Been doing this for years, and no loosened stones yet. I bet it would work beautifully with a soft cloth on your crystals.

Tin Oxide is the toothpaste ingredient you are looking for.
