Cannot log into my University account on Microsoft Teams?

I am trying to set up my university Outlook e-mail on the Microsoft Teams app, and it states: sign-in error: you'll need to accept the invitation to join this Teamd org.

I received a verification code but nothing happens. It seems there is also no university login option (created by university or company) to login? The Microsoft Teams works on my laptop, but not the app on my iPhone.

Call your university tech support. They are paid to solve this problem quickly, and they have seen it hundreds of times.

The interaction between Teams, Outlook, and whatever general login system your university has is messy and varies from place to place. My university has a bunch of different things you need to do in the right order to get logged in correctly across all devices, and what those things are and in what order you need to do has changed several times since I've been there.

So yeah, call IT, I don't think anyone here will be able to help you without you needing to dox yourself.

Yes, this is going to be specific to your university. Contact your IT folks, and/or go check their website to see if they have detailed documentation that might walk you through how to do this.

I'm not your IT Support line, but I would reinstall Teams on the iPhone, then also add MS' Authenticator app to hold a login session, MFA numbers and other passwords you might have.
