Seeking the best coffee holder for a bicycle

Have you used a coffee cup holder for your bicycle that you love? If so what, which one was it?

In the past I've used a simple loop design similar to this, but I found that no amount of rubber spacers would keep the thing from rotating downward when there was a cup of coffee in it.

My coffee is usually in a Contigo like this, or a Zojirushi like this, so the ideal holder would be one that doesn't require the tapering of a standard coffee cup shape. Still, I'm open to all options as long as you love it and it holds coffee well.

I'm very interested in the Handlestash and am curious about anyone's experience with that.

I'm not really interested in using a standard bottle cage, but if there's some kind of specially-sized bottle cage for coffee that I'm unaware of, that would really be something to think about, wouldn't it?

I like my Revelate feed bags for my tea thermos and water bottle. They're one-handed opening which is nice, and they've held up to rough use. Attaching them to my bike was a bit fiddly but I have an unusual handlebar setup (Moloko bars with ebike conversion so there are extra wires around the headset area) - I expect it would be much less fiddly for a person who doesn't have a bunch of extra bulky stuff around the headset.

Swift Industries makes some very similar-looking feed/bottle bags that are prettier, in my opinion.

I've been reasonably happy with my Road Runner Co-Pilot bag, which on preview is pretty similar to the ones cnidaria linked to (except without the snap straps).

I also use feed bag style containers for this, and strongly prefer their velcro loop attachments to clamp-style holders. But it also looks like the contaners you're using are considerably larger and therefore heavier than what I prefer, and I'm not sure if that would be a problem.

I have a silicone sleeve over a Nissan Thermos coffee thermos that fits a regular bottle cage and it's super secure and works great. I made mine out of free silicone bracelets, but you might be able to try something like this

I love love love my two KasyBag feedbags. They’re quite big, and I think they borrow a lot of the design from the Revelate Designs feedbags mentioned earlier. They’ve got a rain cover, and pockets and lots of attachment points.

I bought a plastic food-storage jar big enough to hold any of my reusable cups or most sizes of disposable cup, drilled holes in the top edge (and in the base for drainage) and cable-tied it to the junction between the upright and crosswise parts of the handlebar. I glued an inch-wide strip of foam around the inside of the rim and a little foam pad in the center of the base to stop rattling, and if I need a cup to be secure secure I stretch a balloon over the top of the cupholder and poke a hole in it for the cup.
Extremely trashy of me but it works great, took less than an hour, and it was like $3 all up so I'm not worried about it going walkabout.

I have this JoeRideStudio coffee holder from Etsy. works great but is for your traditional tapered coffee cup.

RAM Mount self-levelling gimbal cup holders are a good, albeit perhaps over-engineered solution.
