Can these birds be saved?

How do I get birds who can't yet fly out of the house?
A few weeks ago a bird either pecked its way into the house or flew through a pre-existing hole and built a bird's nest.
At present I can't see or get to the nest because it's literally behind a wall.
Since I can't see the nest I was going to wait till September to patch up the hole as not to wall baby birds in.
However, this morning I found a bird stuck in the hole. Its foot had caught fast somehow and it wasn't able to flee so it died. :( This happened no more than a week ago because that was the last time I checked on it.
Okay, so I've removed the bird. BUT I hear chirping inside.
1. I'm guessing the dead bird was the mom or dad.
2. I waited for an hour but the other parent didn't show up.
3. I'm assuming there are some baby birds unseen because there's a lot of chirping coming from beyond the wall. But I don't think they can fly. If they can't fly, then they can't get food.
The bird was a really little bird, if that matters. As small as a sparrow but black with a yellow bill. Oh, and not a crow.
So my questions are:
Should I be worried? Is there something I can do? I don't want the baby birds to die. I really don't want the baby birds to die in the wall.

Is there a wildlife rescue organization in your area? Or you could call the Humane Society/Animal Shelter to get their advice.
Baby birds eat voraciously, otherwise they quickly starve. Something has been bringing them food within the last week.

Definitely call a wildlife rescue org.
If they are black with yellow bills, they could be Starlings, esp. because Starlings nest in cavities (like your wall.)
Hope there's a good ending to this difficult situation.
