Change in Shutterfly quality?

Have used Shutterfly off and on for years, but recent attempts have had weird-color and noticeably-pixelly results, from a modern iPhone camera and standard small sizes (4x6 and 5x7). I'm finding some anecdotal reports of this with others, but y'know, not quite anecdata. Are you regularly using Shutterfly to print phone camera photos? If so, how are you getting good results?

i have used shutterfly for years. earlier this year i did a photobook, and the results were fine enough since i wasn't giving it as a gift, but not as good as they were about 7-8 years ago. i even paid for the better paper, etc.

Apologies if you're only asking about prints, but I've been getting their photo books for a while and the last one was disappointing enough that I switched services this year (plus their book editing software leaves much to be desired).

Adding my voice to say I've ordered Shutterfly prints and photo books for years. Most recently, a family portrait came back looking..off in color. And the book ordered from family reunion pictures is nice, but not as sharp as I'd like.

Waiting on an order of prints from PrinterPix, to see how that goes. I've also tried SnapFish in the past. It's been a long time, so I don't remember if I liked them or not.
