Zeffy for fund-raising?

Has anyone used the web site Zeffy for fund-raising? How was your experience -- either as a donor or the non-profit organization?

Do users complain about the "suggested tip"?

Do they pay out easily/promptly?

Our PTA started using Zeffy last year - I'm not on the board but chaired the first event that used it and didn't have any issues, and the PTA continues to use it this year. For my event, we had explained to attendees that they would be asked to contribute an optional amount and I didn't hear any complaints.
