Afforable Parisian Michelin star OR Montmartre anniversary restaurant
We're going on a short trip to Pairs for our anniversary, and looking for restaurant recs!
Our itinerary has room for some combination of the following:
--Michelin-star restaurant for lunch or dinner (preferably on the mid/lower end of pricing, but open to a splurge for a truly mind-blowing experience)
--Fancy anniversary lunch somewhere in central Paris with anniversary dinner at the Cafe Deux Moulins
--Lunch at the cafe Deux Moulin, with an upscale anniversary dinner in Montmartre
The first movie we watched together was Amelie, so the cafe is either lunch or dinner. On the day of our anniversary we'll be spending the afternoon and evening in Montmarte, with an after-dinner show already scheduled.

In Montmartre (a little uphill from Deux Moulins) is Chantoiseau, which is very good traditional upscale French (plats ~30 euro) with a smaller but excellent wine list.
Further uphill, Le Maquis does a ~60 euro prix fixe dinner menu that I think was the best meal I had during a week in Paris.
Some friends went recently and recommended Sola, which is near Notre Dame so fairly central.

Best answer: My wife and I had a lovely anniversary lunch a few days ago at La Suite Girafe, which ran us with tip a little under €250. It's on the rooftop of the Palais du Chaillot at Place Trocadéro, which means the Eiffel Tower is right there. (Hopefully they won't need the umbrellas.) Get the sea bass with beurre blanc, you'll want to drink the sauce. It's about 20-30 minutes by metro from the foot of Montmartre.

Response by poster: We lunched at La Girafe, phenomenal experience and a great combination with a morning photoshoot in front of the Eiffel Tower, followed by changing into comfier clothes for our Montmartre portion of the day!
