Pricing for a small photoshop project

I'm hoping to hire someone to do a parody photoshop of an album cover, pasting in a portion of a personal photo, adding text, and then scaling it to display like an album cover (12x12) so it can be printed and framed. This is just outside of my abilities--I could make a crappy one, but I want a file that looks nice and profesh and will print at a photo center. What is a reasonable amount of $ to offer for this?

Maybe the MeFi Jobs sub-site, https://jobs.metafilter.com, will have similar tasks that you can use as a baseline?

Do you specifically not want this person to use an AI tool?

Response by poster: I mean...I guess I don't care as long as it actually does the thing I want and not some weird thirty-fingered monstrosity that gestures at the thing I asked for, which is what happened when I tried to use an AI tool to achieve this lol.

You could accomplish this in Canva in a few minutes and do not need special skills to make something of professional quality on Canva.

Best answer: The more guidance you can give the designer, the quicker it can be accomplished. If it's super-simple, you can probably offer $50 - $150 and get a decent result.

seconding - if you post this on Jobs, I'm sure someone here can help you out.

Response by poster: Hi, please believe me when I say I have already tried to do this MANY times on my own and cannot get the results I would like!

I would probably check fiverr for this.
