How to find photos of Hong Kong to purchase, by local artists?

I want to buy some professional photo prints to hang of Hong Kong, in the style that shows the dramatic density of the architecture, buildings, skyline there. Michael Wolf is one of the most famous examples of this style. But ideally would like to find an artist who's local to Hong Kong, not an expat.

I've found some others eg Ludwig Favre, Alex Ogle, but I'd really like to find a native Hong Konger artist to support if possible.

I have a flexible budget, low-thousands is probably my max. Michael Wolf's work is ~15-20k which is really outside my budget. Ideally can purchase online but I'll be there next year as well so any live suggestions are welcome. I'm not Chinese-speaking so I suspect this hampers ability to look for some of this.

Perhaps it's not to your taste or you've already ruled it out, but there were of course decades of fabulous photography of Kowloon Walled City. Those Wolf photos are really something else, though.

Perhaps a few artists here may be a fit:

- Article about "Leaving on a Jet Plane" exhibit by Lumenvisum (non profit)
- The Neon Archives
- Fan Ho's work is terrific as well.

Best answer: You might like the work of Mike Chan or Bernie Ng. Instagram is a great place to find work like this, search by hashtag e.g. #hkarchitecture
