Help with Dayforce app?

This is a longshot, but does anyone have experience with the Dayforce app? I'm having issues.

I use the Dayforce scheduling app for work, and it's been acting up the past few days. I have it set to biometric log in (fingerprint), but occasionally it'll ask me to login via password. It did so a few days ago, but now it seems to be stuck on a page that says "You are now being returned to the application" and nothing happens. I've been in contact with HR who offered a couple solutions so far, none of which have worked. I've tried reinstalling the app, and clearing the cache. I can log in to the desktop site just fine, so it's not an issue with my password.

Anyone have any insight?

Have you contacted the app developers? I had a similar issue with an app I use for work and the developers worked with me for a week until we got it working.

Dayforce does not play nice with alternate ways of security, like fingerprint or Face ID. I would stop using the fingerprint and see if that helps.

Response by poster: I seem to have fixed the issue, had to switch my default browser.
