Scandinavian Sitcom about politics

Sometime last year I streamed a Scandinavian sitcom about a government agency, its head (who was not as up to the task as she thinks she is) and her staff. It reminded a little of the American political comedy Veep.
I believe the country was Denmark, but could be wrong. She is approached by a political "kingmaker" who says the government is interested in her taking up a more prestigious post. However, this may be a ruse. There is a rival politician who has just suffered through a scandal. The writer for the minister, unbeknownst to anyone, had an affair with the rival politician. I can't remember much more. In one episode they have to attend a party conference at a resort and all the support staff treats it as sort of sexfest.
I've hunted for it and know that it is not Dips or the one about the ambassador to Mexico. The show centers entirely around national politics.
Any ideas?

Wait maybe not, i'm sorry, i re-read the question and some of the things you remember don't match up. but Borgen is still really really good although it's not really a sitcom

Can you tell us what streaming services you have to help us narrow it down?
Is it a period piece? If so, I found this article about a Norwegian political comedy called Power Play.
If it's this, it's on Plex starting in about 6 weeks, but it looks like it might be on Mubi right now?

Response by poster: Thank you everyone! It's Toppen. The other ones sound really good too and I'll check them out.
