Colorful home designers on Insta

I would like to follow some interior designers on Instagram, that do bright, colorful rooms. Who should I follow?

Imagine a perfectly clean, white, light infused Insta-ready home design. Full of transitional furniture and marble countertops. The kind of thing that Studio McGee turns out for perfect blonde families with perfect blonde kids who are definitely not going to get strawberry jam all over those white sofas the first week.

Now imagine the opposite of that, at least in terms of color and pattern and wallpaper.

Those other ones are the ones I want to follow.

@aww.sam has a fun, funky, colorful style
@thevictorianoctagon They are maximilast antique, the mostly use tiktok.
@ourrestorationnation they restore and sell old houses and often have a very fun style. Again, they lean more antique but very much the opposite of minimal.

PS: TayBeeBoop is in some hot water in the DIY community right now for being awful to a fellow creator and to the community. And @KaarinJoy is the recommended follow from the whole thing. Or avoid both if you want to stay out of the ongoing drama.

There is a TON of this style on tiktok right now and the algorithm is pretty good about getting you what you want if you start following a bunch of the people listed (who probably also have tiktok) and then you can also find them on insta again if that's your preferred platform.

I would be remiss to not mention my socials/website are in my bio and I enjoy a more maximalist and vintage aesthetic though I am not a "content creator/influencer" account. I'm just a person designing our house and wearing clothes and making stuff and love finding similar folks.

Response by poster: Thanks everyone -- lots of good follows here, and I imagine Insta will now start showing me other designers in a similar aesthetic.
