Please tell me your so clever way of storing mini pads, pads, and tampons in your bathroom!

I like to put a few in a nice little wicker basket, with a small sign reading "If you need one, take one!" If you entertain a lot, it's almost certain a future guest will be very happy to see this.

I knew someone who kept pads in a diner napkin dispenser!

In a bathroom with a pedestal sink, a hatbox-type container (similar) with a stationery-and-red-script design.
You could also store supplies in subtle bags on a row of coat hooks.

I have one of those tiered rolling carts from ikea. The bottom fits a whole pack of toilet paper, the middle has trash can liners and some other stuff I want to keep near the toilet, and the top is full of pads and liners, still in their boxes. You could definitely spruce this up with some pretty canisters on the top level for tampons and other long and skinny shaped amenities, and maybe a box with a tray top that you keep cleaning supplies in and amenities you want people to take on the top inside the lower levels. It fits a ton. Originally I was using it for rolled up towels but this works better for me.

I once used the bathroom in a fancy shmancy country club that had a whole little selection inside each private toilet stall. It was a bunch of shadow boxes clustered together, with pads, tampons, wet wipes, breath mints, makeup remover pads, hand sanitizer, cotton buds, etc, all in their own tiny shadow box. And then in the little nooks between them was some trailing fake foliage. There was a bigger version of this by the sinks on the way in, too. Swanky.

I have an old broken used-to-be-silver-plated teapot, sugarbowl and creamer set that holds tampons and stuff in my bathroom

In our local hackerspace, I've stored tampons (the normal no-applicator type) in a glass bottle. Easy to see, so people will know they're available, but they don't get dusty and one can just shake one out of the bottle.

I don't have a need for menstrual products anymore but this is my back-of-door storage solution. It's probably less practical if the door is more than an arm's reach from the toilet though.

I store an assortment in a clear glass cookie jar within reach of the toilet.

Yes, I am in the market for a funny sticker to put on the lid.

Nobody uses my bathroom but me. I keep my open boxes of period supplies in a cloth tote bag hanging on the back of the door, and unopened spares in the cupboard under the sink.

I used to take the tampons out of their boxes straight away, and store them in ziplock bags under the sink (see-through and waterproof, win-win!), but at some point I realised that there's an expiry date printed on the box and no date on the individual tampon wrappers, and I don't want to find out what that expiry date is guarding against.

Ours also live on a rolling cart, in one of a series of little plastic boxes. We have cleaning products on the bottom, sanitary stuff in the middle (including extra toothbrushes and stuff) and then the toiletries we use every day on the top.

Why has no one mentioned the Menstruation Crustacean Station?

I have this Threshold brand rattan canister with lid that I keep within arm's reach of the toilet. It holds a few tampons and liners. It wouldn't hold many pads, but maybe one plus a couple of other supplies? I chose it because it doesn't stand out and guests can check there without getting up if they need something.
