Repeated phrase on Twitter

"The clouds formed beautiful animals in the sky that eventually created a tornado to wreak havoc." I'm watching the weather in the South using a Twitter search for "tornado." The phrase above shows up because of that word. I've seen several apparently new Twitter accounts use this as a reply to this post. Google turns up the phrase at a single Instagram account and a few other sites. It looks like a code. Does anyone know what it's from or to what it refers?

Best answer: It seems like some Internet flotsam that appears in lists of phrases, possibly similar to "the quick brown fox" or "lorem ipsum" text. For example, it appears in a list here and here. You are probably seeing algorithmic spamming using these sorts of lists of phrases.

Best answer: I believe it's just a string of text intended to help spammers evade text analysis based filtering. For instance, it can be found appended to a spam email here.
