Stylin' with OPML and RSS

I am looking for tools that create OPML or which create an RSS feed _and_ which allow me to save an with the XML of those documents. Do such tools exist?

I use Feedly, which has the option to export your RSS list as OPML.

Response by poster: This question is not exporting as OPML per se, but that when I do that I want to be able to have it write an xml-stylesheet tag in the output with the URL of a stylesheet that I specify when I save it. The intent with both OPML and RSS files is to have the xml-stylesheet tag used when that file is opened in an XML-supporting program or browser so that the stylesheet acts on the XML to produce a desired result
