Vitamins for new(ish) parent?

I'm almost a year post-partum, in my mid-30s, and need to switch up my vitamin regimen. I'm looking for recommendations for a daily multivitamin, fatty acids/omegas, and maybe collagen supplements.
I took Pregnacare Max during pregnancy and Pregnacare Breastfeeding thereafter, but I've finally run out of my stock of the latter, and haven't been breastfeeding for a few months anyhow. What should I be taking now?
- Needs to be available to order online, deliver in the UK
- I'm willing to throw a little bit of money at this and pay for quality, but it needs to be broadly affordable, say <£50/month if possible, for all supplements
Sidenote: I have a chronic health condition which necessitates taking vitamin supplements; this is not a question about whether I should take vitamin pills or not!

Does your doctor have a recommendation? Were you taking something before
My bariatric program recommends Centrum (just the regular one) plus a calcium +D + mineral supplement. But your medical condition isn't the same as mine.

Response by poster: My doctor just says to take a daily multivitamin, and fatty acids. I need to make sure it has sufficient zinc and magnesium, but apart from that I've not had any helpful advice about a recommended brand, or specific pill.

They're pricey, but I love Nordic Naturals if you're looking for a brand recommendation. They test their products comprehensively, and you can enter the lot number of whatever bottle you have and see the full test results on their website.
