Is this a crypto wallet key?

5-10 years ago I had some kind of cryptocurrency wallet with a relatively small amount of currency. All I remember about it is that I think it was a software that I actually had to download and set up on my computer (a computer which I no longer have), though even that I'm not 100% sure about. I also lost the paper with the code, and I thought that was that...

However, I recently found a paper and my best guess is that this is somehow my wallet info...but I have no idea what to do with it. It appears to be a 14- or 15-digit numeric code (not sure which because I wrote it in an ambiguous way) and an 8-digit alpha numeric code. My question is, does that sound like the particular format of information I would need for any specific crypto wallet site or software?

It’s not a typical 256-bit private key (as used in Bitcoin and many other cryptocurrency wallets). Typical encodings of crypto wallet keys require at least 30 alphanumeric characters. The most common encodings use 51–64 characters.
