Real estate attorney in Washington, DC?

I'm considering selling my house without a realtor, and I'd like to speak with a competent, friendly real estate attorney so I can have an idea of what the pros and cons would be. Anybody know somebody they can recommend?

I found it more helpful to talk to real estate agents to assess whether or not I wanted to sell the house on my own. The legal part is not super complicated assuming all goes well (contract, disclosures, escrow) and does not require any knowledge of the housing market. The real estate agents are the ones who know about the ROI for putting different types of work into the house, pricing strategies, etc. And of course do the work of showing the house. They can also coordinate staging and repairs directly. Ultimately I decided that it was worth the additional costs to pay someone to do all that for me in my particular case. You may reasonably decide differently but hard to make that decision if you don’t know what the agents do.

All that said, I used the Kass Legal Group in DC for a small real estate matter and was happy with them.
