Reducing Keystrokes, Increasing Distribution

I have Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. I want to schedule posts through a service like Buffer at peak viewing engagement times for each platform's users.

BTW, I've tried to use Buffer, which is great for FB and TW, but won't connect to IG b/c FB doesn't seem to allow it. What are my options?

Response by poster: P.S. My only other option is to post on IG and then, post via Buffer and that feels like a waste of time. IG posts directly to FB and TW, but I don't see an option that lets me schedule them. I've also tried to use IFTTT, but the applet I created to connect IG to Buffer (which, as I mentioned, is connected to FB and TW) keeps failing. And there is no applet that lets me connect either TW or FB back to IG, so that the scheduling connects all. Help.

FWIW, Twitter announced last week that it will begin charging developers for API access starting Feb. So, depending on how deep their pockets are, Buffer might stop working with Twitter very soon.

It's not a beautiful UI, but Metricool does all this and is free for one account across all platforms, but probably won't be free for Twitter as Thorzdad says.
