We need one more bag to return home and are looking for an inexpensive duffle bag or suitcase.

My recommendation for luggage is always costco. Do you have a membership?

Costco is the best because luggage often is low quality, but costco has a forever-warranty. You can return it if the zipper breaks after 10 years!

I needed an extra bag for that reason in I think Miami or Fort Lauderdale a few years ago. If you want something basic and aren't too picky, the discount chains (Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Off Fifth, etc) generally have a selection of reasonable bags at reasonable prices.

Target has inexpensive, decent luggage. There's one in West Boca.

The last time I had this situation we purchased one at a thrift store and donated it after its job was done. We did purchase a luggage strap for it just in case, and kept that.

The world is awash in old luggage. I'd recommend a thrift shop, or army surplus, who often have big green duffels that are durable and can be folded up into a small space when you don't need them.

I personally don't purchase used luggage because I'm afraid of bedbugs, but I've actually had years-long good results from suitcases bought inexpensively at Target.

You can usually find inexpensive luggage at discount department stores like Ross, TJ Maxx and Marshalls.

How inexpensive are you talking? It's been a while since I looked at luggage, but at the time anything with rollerblade wheels was good enough to survive for a very long time. If they're cheaping out on the wheels, they're cheaping out on the rest of it, too.

Best answer: Would you consider a $35 bag an inexpensive bag? If so, Walmart
