Spanish summer program abroad for middle schooler?

I'm looking for a Spanish immersion program for my daughter next summer, when she'll be 14, ideally in Mexico or Central America.

Ideally it would be 2-3 weeks long and all-inclusive (food, lodging, instruction). A homestay setup would be especially great. This would be her first trip abroad alone.

She went to a Spanish immersion school through 3rd grade, so she has a decent foundation in the language. She's kept it up somewhat since then, but would like to get back into it in earnest. Her current school doesn't have much in the way of specific suggestions for programs.

Most of what I'm finding so far online is either for high schoolers, 4+ weeks long, or in South America or Europe. A lot of schools seem to have folded in the past few years, too. Is the perfect program out there?

I can’t say enough good things about my time at ASLI Spanish Language Institute in Cuernavaca, Mexico: http://www.spanishincuernavaca.com/ I know they offer programs for teens and home stays. I would message them using their contact form. Maru and Paco who run the school are fantastic and both lived in Canada for many years (they are both fluent in English making any logistics communication a little easier). As a Spanish Immersion grad myself, this question makes my heart happy.
