Ticketmaster logo history

Can you point me to a history of Ticketmaster(tm) logos with examples? In particular, I recall a period when they were using branding like "rock/ticketmaster" or "ticketmaster/rock". I've gone through the official guides I can find on the various public Ticketmaster sites but the motherload at design.ticketmaster.com is behind a login.

That does not ring a bell to me. You mean literally the word "rock" along side the Ticketmaster logo?

Anyway, this site has the logos I remember. There may have been others, or variations, but this matches my memory.

Best answer: You could try traveling the Wayback Machine to see if any of their old websites had what you're looking for.

Not specifically "rock" but it was a word separated from the Ticketmaster logo by a slash. If my memory is correct, the word was not italicized and in a contrasting color, possibly Ticketmaster yellow.

Response by poster: Found it on Wayback, though without the images. They called it a "Lockup". Still looking for an image.

Are you possibly thinking of Ticketmaster/LiveNation from when they were merging? Like this?

edit: nevermind, just saw you found the Lockup design criteria!

Response by poster: erst, those are very close but I'm looking for the version with the full "ticketmaster" wordmark. What search did you use to find them?

Best answer: I Google searched "ticketmaster lockup" and in the images tab there's one for ticketmaster/fanatics with the full wordmark.
