Flatware organizer for 11" wide x 20" deep x 4" high kitchen drawer

Our new apartment's kitchen drawers are narrow and long and our old flatware organizer won't fit. All the flatware organizers I'm finding online are way too big, way too small, or won't accommodate our 9.5" steak knives. Any suggestions? Must ship to US.
There are companies that will do custom drawer organizers. Organize My Drawer is one I have used. It was kind of expensive, but having a perfectly-sized organizer that had exactly the sections I wanted was worth it.

We abandoned a whole organizer and instead figured out the best configuration ourselves using small trays purchased at the Container Store. (I believe they are these deep drawer Linus organizers, which also come in a shallow option.)
Measure out the dimensions of your drawer on a table and cut a bunch of the provided dimensions of the Linus trays out of paper (or whatever thing you go with, you could use upside down box lids, probably ikea makes something, there’s companies like mdesign that make things out of bamboo or acrylic…) and arrange them in your faux drawer space until you have what you like. For us we started with four trays for our two types of forks, teaspoons, and butter knives, but realized we could add a fifth for chopsticks, and a longer one horizontally across the top of those for our steak knives. Then the back of the drawer we filled in with wider trays for measuring cups and such.

I like Mademart's drawer organizers, which also come in a bunch of different sizes that interlock. You can buy them at Amazon, but I got mine at a discount store like Ross. The link goes to a set, but you can also buy the individual pieces that you want. Target also has something similar.
