Whose 'whimsical fantasy steampunk' art is the AI ripping off?

I find that using the prompt "whimsical Fantasy steampunk" in an AI art prompt gets a very distinct art style. Looking for the original artist who did this style that the AI must be copying.
So I've been playing with an AI art program called NightCafe, and it delights me to generate cozy little 'whimsical fantasy steampunk' villages and suchlike, but I notice that those three words almost always generate things that look very similar, so much that I figure it must have been trained on a lot of original art that was similar. I'm hoping someone will recognize that style and point me to the original artists, so that I can support them instead of an AI.
Here's a link to an example, and if you scroll through my other creations you'll see a lot of similar stuff.

Reminds me of Thomas Kinkade.

This looks a LOOOT like Darrell K. Sweet's stuff. I feel like NightCafe took the "whimsical fantasy" portion of your request and not so much the "steampunk". There's not really an artist to rally back towards here. Sweet passed in 2011.
