Where do I know the first track on this muzak compilation from?

Song in question. I immediately recognized it from something, maybe a youtuber or such but I can't place it and it's driving me mad! Anyone have a lead on this?

This seems to be "Plucking the Strings" by David Snell, at a minimum also used in The Simpsons Game.

That sounds tremendously like music from The Sims 2 - ignore the intro, the similarity starts about 8 seconds in. Not the same - the Sims music is, as far as I can see, all original composition - but very similar tempo and instrumentation.
