High end red sequin athletic shoes?

I saw a woman yesterday wearing a pair of red fabric lace-up athletic shoes yesterday. They were completely encrusted in red sequins and rhinestones of different sizes and were jaw-dropping. I can find similar items online, but they all have a white sole. Hers had a transparent red sole. They looked like very high-end performance sneakers. Any help finding them?

The red sole makes me think Christian Loboutin. Were they a variation on something like these?

Maybe the sequins and rhinestones were applied later. These are very popular decorations and they are easy to apply or pay someone else to apply.
