Dynamics365/React front end as being lucrative?

I've worked a variety of ecommerce platforms over the years and I've been told that Dynamics 365 and the frontend framework they use is React and is the next big ecommerce platform. I've worked for D365 but not in a consulting fashion, as in someone sets it up and I an do what I want, I've extensive experience in React. Any thoughts on this? This is more commercial and no as custom software dev as I'm used to but I found heavy commercial products are always good to have knowledge on. Any thoughts on this? Also how does one get into this product lineup?

I'd suggest go finding the bigger D365 VARs and see what they're hiring for right now, it's entirely possible your React experience with D365 exposure is enough to get you in the door.

I don't do that specific thing, but I did other consulting things for a different Dynamics product for many years, and now do those things for a different ERP software. Find a good partner/VAR with decent dev methodology and project management and you can have a pleasant enough career.
