What/Who should I replace One Medical with?

Amazon is purchasing One Medical. I will not use a healthcare provider owned by Amazon, so I need to switch. All the things I love about One Medical and want to find elsewhere inside.

I'm looking for a new healthcare provider that ticks all of these boxes:

-in NYC
-trans competent, trauma informed providers
-all staff is kind and helpful
-unrushed appointments that start on time
-appointment booking online/through app
-all medical records/test results/etc easily accessible to me online/through app
-drop-in hours for blood tests
-same day appointments available for urgent care
-telethealth appointments available for urgent care
-PCP never booked more than 2-3 weeks out

Unfortunately, I ended up with OneMedical in part due to a distinct lack of (primary care) providers competent to see trans people in NYC, having had a negative experience with one of the oft-mentioned options. (I am about 95% sure none of oft-mentioned options meet your requirements.) I did have one other concrete lead (at least for transmasculine people) that I can share if you me-mail me, though I have zero idea if they meet your other requirements.

Forward is the main business I know of following the One Medical model. They are in New York. I can't comment on your specific list.

Perhaps in NYC, you'll find options that can provide those things.

Out here on the west coast in the metro I'm in, I'd be happy to just find a medical provider that had HALF of that. If I had one with all of those items, I don't think I could give it up without seeing if my assumptions about the change really played out. Especially when the hassle changing medical providers is for me. But then, I'm the sort that would prefer to test it first, rather then leave and grudgingly come back.

I'm not being sarcastic. I'm sort of in awe at your list, because I've not yet encountered a PCP with more than half of those.

I have most of that with my PCP here in Cincinnati. The only aspect I can't speak to is trans care but my provider is absolutely amazing so I wouldn't be surprised. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure I landed on this system by pure luck. But all that to say that it is absolutely possible. My PCP is supported by a large hospital group here so my advice is to not discount those out of hand.

Maybe check out Carbon Health? I believe they have what you're looking for or at least I know they cover a lot of what you're asking for to make sense to check out if they cover everything.
