Simple, cheap intrusion alarm system for small business?

I run a small business in California. I have two doors and one window. Looking for a simple, cheap alarm system for the premises. Any recommendations?
I have Simplisafe for a small business and would also recommend it. It worked great as just a monitored alarm when that's all I needed. It was also the simplest option when I decided to add a keypad lock and a camera, since it's all integrated and the service/platform (though not the hardware purchase) is included with the monthly monitoring.

I also use SimpliSafe and would recommend it. It’s pretty easy to find a coupon or sale for 40-50% off the components if you’re willing to Google/wait around a bit, too. My old-school alarm company wanted like $75 a month for monitoring and it was impossible to do anything without a technician coming to the house; SimpliSafe has just worked for significantly less than half the price.

I'm using Wyze for my house.

We also have Simplisafe and recommend them. They customer service has been very good for us. You can choose your level of monitoring/payment. Easy setup. Their monitoring has been great, even though all our alarms have been false (setting off the smoke alarm while cooking, missing their check in call, and having the fire department show up was definitely embarrassing).
