Recipes, cookbooks like Evan Chlebowski

Lately I've been enjoying videos from cooking YouTuber Evan Chlebowski and I am looking for more like this. They scratch my itch for content that is talking about calorie management while still focused on food that looks delicious and well-prepared. Can you recommend other content (including videos, cookbooks, blogs) that strike a similar tone?

Essentially, I want to lose a bit of weight. I find I'm successful when I eat a couple of good-sized meals and a small snack a day. For me that means that for any given meal, I can still have as many as 600 or 800 calories.

But a lot of recipes or content I find that provide things like nutritional information or that talk about nutrition tend to forget that the food needs to taste good, or are trying to eliminate as many calories as possible. They end up being very small or unsatisfying because of what's sacrificed to get the calories down.

I like these videos because he's strategic about where he reduces calories in the recipes, and they seem like generous, tasty portions. Plus, it's actually about the food first, and of course the content is well-produced and informative.

What I like about his videos:

1) They're well produced with clear explanations for how he prepares the dish and why he does what he does

2) They have a weight management angle, but they're still about good food and the calorie counts aren't so scant that they feel restrictive

3) While he's talking about reducing his calorie intake, the recipes still look and feel like "real" food that one would make whether they're trying to lose weight or not

4) His general philosophy that what he eats when managing is weight a) has to taste good b) be convenient (under 20 minutes to prepare) and c) be satisfying

Anything else like that? Any format is okay!

It's more of a recipe site, but I've found SkinnyTaste's recipes to be delicious. A quick glance at her calorie counts suggests that you'd probably be most comfortable doubling her serving sizes, but that's easy enough. Looks like she does have a youtube channel as well if you prefer that format.
