Passion Fruit Honey Puree- give me ideas!

I impulsively picked up a large bottle of Passion Fruit Honey Puree today at Costco because I remembered that there was a recipe I had been meaning to try in my favorite snacking cake book that uses passionfruit puree.

So: great! Cake! But also: it is Costco-sized. So: what other things should I use this for besides throwing on top of ice cream and maybe flavoring my husband's kombucha?

It's a standard ingredient in a number of tiki drinks, see, specifically, the Smuggler's Cove book for recipes, e.g. this one.

Mix with yogurt and granola
Salad dressing
On buttered toast, or cream cheese toast/bagel
Meat marinade (like Korean bulgogi)
On the side with a pork chop or roast
Tea
Granita

Seems like anywhere you might use a tart marmalade

Also a lot of Hawaiian recipes use it https://davinehawaii.com/recipe/. Also search for “lilikoi”

Passion fruit curd is delicious. (That link is just an example recipe and it would have to be adjusted since this puree sounds pre-sweetened.)

Have not tried but would experiment with a tall cool passion fruit iced tea.
