Digital detox app that suggests alternative activities?

I'd like an Android app that doesn't just block or limit distracting apps - but instead pops up a custom list of alternative activities to pick from. Like "Would you like to A) Keep scrolling, B) Listen to music, C) Go for a walk D) Do the dishes". Does something like this exist?

There is an old Android app called Randomly RemindMe that you can set up to randomly ping you throughout the day (you set the time window and frequency) with various reminders you create. I can see setting it up to display an image or text asking you those questions, but I don't know if there's a way to restrict it to only pinging you while you're using your phone, so you would get the alerts even when you're not using it. Might be worth a look though. .

Response by poster: TO CLARIFY: Just like an app blocker, it would show you these pop ups when you open a distracting app, or after X minutes of using distracting apps

Response by poster: Still looking, and asking around everywhere. It looks like this app doesn't exist! Dang!
