Any experience entering Philippines under current COVID restrictions?

I'll be entering the Philippines from Europe, on a US passport, and the posted entry requirements are confusing. Has anyone made a similar trip recently?

I'm happy to hear other travel advice parenthetically, but I can save that for another question. Specifically here I'm asking about the list of entry requirements (most easily read here).

--I have a vaccine card and a printout of my state vax registry page--will that count as proof?

--"Obtain a travel insurance for COVID-19 treatment costs, with a minimum USD35,000 coverage for the full duration of your stay in the Philippines." I have good health insurance that I can prove, but buying a COVID specific policy is really expensive. Will my existing health plan likely satisfy this?

Thanks!

Travel insurance is not that expensive. An annual plan for my family of five is $500, and the policy will cover covid related stuff. Single trip, single person should be less than that. If the policy is very long or doesn't specifically mention covid in clear terms you can ask for an "Embassy Letter," which is a letter explaining some specific parts of coverage for an entry to a country.

If you're having trouble finding affordable travel medical coverage - ever since COVID started, I've bought United Healthcare SafeTrip coverage for all international travel (I chose this because it's what my employer purchases for us for travel medical insurance as well; I've never actually used it though). It treats COVID-19 the same as any other potential health issue. Cost is usually in the tens of dollars, seems mostly to depend on length of travel.
