Eurofly: Anyone?

Has anyone flown to Italy via Eurofly?

I'm looking to book tickets from NYC to Rome for the end of June and they're predictably expensive. But Eurofly seems fairly reasonable and it's nonstop.

I'm wondering if anyone here has had any personal experience flying with them, and if so, was it an okay experience?

I've looked on the forums at TripAdvisor and haven't really found an answer, though there appear to be several people asking the same question. (On a positive note, it seems no one's created a "EuroflySucks.com" website yet...)

I am going to Italy in June and I have been shopping for tickets for a while now. Those don't seem that cheap.

I'd go to etn.nl. Just saw cheap stuff there. $477.

Response by poster: $900 is the cheapest I've found for the dates I'm looking for for nonstop flights so far, but I filled out the form at etn.nl, so maybe something cheaper will turn up.

Have you had luck purchasing tickets via etn.nl? Their interface is kinda...strange.

Have you tried kayak.com? I plugged in some random dates in June and found something in the $800-$900 range.

You might also consider flying into London and then taking one of the "discount" airlines like Easyjet to Rome. I travelled to Rome in September from Vancouver, Canada and was able to save a lot of money this way.

Response by poster: Thanks for the suggestion--I've been checking Kayak, SmarterTravel, and FareCompare like it's my job lately. :)

I'm not dead-set on buying tickets via Eurofly, but I was curious to know if anyone had ever flown with them before.
