Therapist recommendation for older Latina woman

My unhappy Latina mother is in her late 60s and open to the idea of talking with a therapist.
My understanding of her at this point in her life is that she is unhappy in her marriage with my dad who she has been with since she was 18 years old. She moved to the United States with him shortly after they got married and he has a history of emotionally abusing her. She has mildly narcissistic traits such as burning bridges with others, need to maintain appearance of perfection, constant need for validation, gaslighting me and members of my family, and hot and cold affection. That naturally has impacted me and my siblings relationship with her. The best I can hope for is someone who can help her start to recognize patterns in her behavior that are impacting her mood and her relationships. Also help her form an identity outside of marriage. What would help make the therapy click would be someone culturally Latino, not heterosexual cis-male, in the Eastern United States time zone, and can meet over video chat. I'm overwhelmed by choices and was wondering if someone had a personal recommendation or could point me to a more specific resource than Psychology Today/Better Help.

Best answer: Hey, it's amazing that your mom is open to therapy. I know how hard it is for the older immigrant generation to understand mental health and trauma. (I'm second gen Chinese Canadian).
There are lots of therapists on Instagram these days. I googled "Latinx therapists Instagram" and found two articles that list a bunch. There's also LatinxTherapy.com Find a Therapist.
Because they're on IG it might seem like they cater to the younger crowd, but it's possible that these therapists will also see older clients. Either way, it's a different way of finding a therapist than using Psychology Today (which I agree is exhausting and overwhelming).
