Name that book: Help me find this memoir

Heard an interview with the author on Fresh Air sometime pre-pandemic. Maybe 2017 - 2019? Terry was interviewing a woman who had written a second(?) memoir after the death of her husband (who was significantly older than she was).
I've tried looking through the Fresh Air archives, but I don't have the right keywords... What I recall from the interview: the author retold how she and her late husband had met in the second memoir: he pursued her... He had kissed her first, which she had omitted from the first book. She also made a comment about the intimacy of taking someone into death (but not those exact words). The late husband may have been a community college teacher? The author might have been his student? Possibly photography? Does this ring any bells for anyone?

I don't think this is right, but - Death Sex and Money interviewed Leslie Gray about her book Black Widow?

I heard and remember the segment on This American Life mentioned above and that really sounds like a fit.

Response by poster: I must have had the show wrong! Thanks so much hive mind... I looked for an hour last night, and we had the right answer in 35 minutes.

If that's right, then it doesn't appear Jill Ciment's new memoir has been published yet, but you can read an excerpt.
