How to rent a specific address BnB

The house across from us is being rented through AirBnB. I would like to find out how much they charge and how to reserve that specific site. It would be great for when family comes to visit. But the Air BnB website does not allow address specific searches. Does anyone know a backdoor or other way to locate this information?

Why don't you just go over and ask?

If going over and asking doesn't work because it's always being used as an airbnb, I would do a search for your neighborhood and skip the dates, just do it for any date. Make sure you don't have any other filters on either. This will give you all listings. Then zoom in on your specific neighborhood (like your block and a few surrounding blocks). You should be able to find it from there.

If that doesn't work and you can't reach the owners in person, you could leave a note for them.

Source: my neighbor was putting up their RV for rent and I needed to find it. You have to set up a search that fits that house (#beds, # baths, “whole house” instead of room, and other amenities they list on the checkbox search) and do a map search that is tight onto your area, and then play with the check in and check out dates. The difficulty is that some people only rent for weekends or only rent for 7+ days or only rent for a few months per year, so you have to play with those settings and re-search tediously until you find an open date.

Is this region specific? I ask because when I tell AirBnB that I am going to a specific street address (and pick a date way in the future), they show me dots on a map that I can choose between.

I generally search for my zip code, "I'm flexible"/Weekend, 2 guests, 4-5 months from now, and that gives me a pretty good overview, laid out on a map, and I can zoom in on intersections.

It's not that hard to find from there unless your street is just packed with airbnbs. You should be able to tell from the photos.

If you don't know much about the house, you search for them on zillow and get the details about how many bedrooms and bathrooms that will let you narrow the search more precisely. Assuming US based - I don't know if zillow actually covers your local market but you might be able to find the same information if you google the address and look for real estate listing or government records.

Agreeing that start with your neighborhood + no specific travel dates then use map view to zoom in on the specific street.

Your county assessor's office or something similar should be able to give you the name of the owner. If you can find that person (or company), you can probably then contact them directly.
