Recommend me some brands!

Taking full advantage of the new question limits to ask for some recommendations for where to get some new things from. I'm moving, and looking to refresh a lot of the things I own that I've bad for a bit too long and which are showing their age or hard to refresh. I'm not looking to spend too much but will pay a good price for a quality item. List below the jump.
Bed frame: Love my mattress, but my bed frame is the shitty IKEA kind with wooden slats and they just have not held up to repeated moves.
Bidet: My previous apartment didn't have the plumbing set up in the way that a bidet could be hooked up, but this one does! I'd love one that has a warming option.
Kitchen island: I just don't have one and there's enough space in this kitchen for one, so I think it would be a nice feature.
Indoor clothesline: I've used these in Europe but not in the US, and I'm just not sure where to get a good one. There's an enclosed back porch, so I'm not worried about moisture in the house like I would be with a European style setup.
Thanks so much for any and all recommendations!

Bidet: we have a SmartBidet add-on bidet seat attachment and like it a lot. It heats the water, has varying nozzle positions and an oscillation/pulsed flow option, and has a dryer function.
Drying clothing: in my experience, a drying rack works better than a clothesline. You can fit many more clothes into a smaller space to dry. Point a fan at it (or put it under a ceiling fan) to speed things up. No particular recommendation because ours is a basic IKEA model and is probably basically the same as many others.
