Information Mangement Request for Ukraine information

Dear all,
I am trying to figure out a way to organize and compile various types of information regarding the Ukraine response. Then have that be easily shareable and updateable.
Types of Categories:
1. housing outside of Ukraine
2. Rides from the border countries to accommodation
3. benefits for Ukrainians outside of Ukraine
4. Housing for people displaced inside of Ukraine.
5. Ways to send money inside and outside of Ukraine.
6. Immediate benefits for refugees by the country they are currently in.
7. Rides within Ukraine.
So basically I am part of several Facebook groups as well as see stuff on Instagram but so much info flows in that it is lost and hard to find and the need to share useful and clear information is ever-present.
I know Linktree but perhaps something with more flexibility?

I'm not familiar with Linktree and after googling it, I fear this is not at all what you're looking for, but what about Airtable?

Some of this may depend on how many people need to access this but when I have seen people doing this it's often with Google Forms that puts information into a series of spreadsheets that are linked to one Google Doc or one main spreadsheet. The sheets are not editable except by the admins but many people can read them.
