Where can I get good custom coffee mugs?

We’d like to order some nice, custom ceramic coffee mugs with a color logo on the front and possibly some text on the back. I know of the most common sites (Zazzle, Cafe Press, etc.), but I’m not sure what to look for, exactly. Can you recommend any sites for high quality, custom coffee mugs?
The standard ones at Cafepress are good. I’ve gotten many printed with all sorts of different logos and they’ve been fine.

Anyone know where the MF mugs were sourced? I have that mug, it's a good mug.

Response by poster: We can order a few hundred if need be, but probably not more than, say, 500.

Lots of options at "promotional products companies". I've used 4imprint before with good results (not for mugs). Here's a link of ceramic mugs with 2 imprint areas.

Espresso Parts does good quality mugs and printing, and rolls in those quantities (their minimums are not published, but that's the range in which a small cafe would purchase).

I've used Discount Mugs with good success for glassware a few times, low minimums and fast shipping in my experience.

Not sure what your idea of high quality is, but I’ve seen mugs done by these people and they blow away all the silk-screen internet mugs.

I’ve done one-offs with Shutterfly and they are great. They have a variety of sizes and the colors are accurate and the printing is durable.
