Talking dog movie

Does anyone know the name of a talking dog movie in which a county dogs's owner married a city woman with a cute fluffy dog. The country dog doesn't think the other one is really a dog and calls it kitty cat through out their adventure. I watched it on hoopla once but can't get back on and can't remember the name of it.

Could it be one of the Beverly Hills Chihuahua sequels?
