Need blogging platform with password protection

Howdy! I do not want to use Substack or Revue or all-in-one hosting services for a newsletter I want to start. Instead, I want to use the delightful Buttondown with some kind of publishing platform that is dead easy (yes, WordPress is too hard for me) and that allows me to password-protect individual pages on the website. Got anything for me? I'm a one-person show and I have ADHD so the easier, the better. Thanks, hive mind!

Ghost seems to have this feature, and I think is pretty easy to use and set up. Their website has taken a hard turn towards, like CMS/CRM for "creators" since I last looked at it, but unless they've changed their product significantly, I think by default it's just a pretty normal blogging platform?

Response by poster: Thanks, Wesleyan. To clarify, I am looking for a platform that will let me password-protect a single page (or even single post), not the entire blog. Ghost lets you have a private blog, which means the content is not indexed by search engines and that doesn't work for me. Okay, I'm out again.
