Business registration document for PayPal - U.K. filter

Since the PayPal automated system won’t connect me to a human, claiming it isn’t business hours, I’ll ask here—I am treasurer for a small nonprofit. We aren’t registered with companies house. PayPal wants a business registration document uploaded. What should I use that they’ll accept?

If it's a non-profit, are you registered with the charities regulator? (Charities Commission in England, Wales and NI, or OSCR in Scotland). I think you should get some kind of official certification from them, could you use that?
